NEW CLASS!!
Come "Bone up at the J", for a total body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels! Using dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight, you will create stability in the joints, strength and flexibility in the muscles, while improving posture, and boosting your confidence and energy level! This class will help participants burn fat, strengthen and sculpt, yet still be able to return to work. Help ensure a lifetime of healthy bones and muscles with this twice weekly class.
