Dynamic Senior Fitness

A total mind, body and spirit workout! Those interested in learning functional fitness techniques to strengthen their core muscles, reduce pain in the joints while improving flexibility, memory and cardiovascular health should absolutely attend this class. Our instructor has 25+ years experience as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Energy Medicine Practitioner. This is a chair based class but participants may stand as well. Please bring a bottle of water with you to class.
