A total mind, body and spirit workout! Those interested in learning functional fitness techniques to strengthen core muscles, reduce pain in the joints while improving flexibility, and boost memory and cardiovascular health should absolutely attend this class. Our instructor has 25+ years experience as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Energy Medicine Practitioner.
This is a chair based class but participants may stand as well. The series of exercises that are taught will help to improve your vitality. Please bring a bottle of water with you to class.
