This ancient art is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle intermediate level physical exercise. In this chair based class you will be doing a variety of movements and practices which enhance your internal Chi.
Tai Chi is one of the world’s most widely recognized methods of physical therapy and therapeutic intervention. It has been used in Chinese hospitals and taught in universities for decades. The positive psychosomatic effects of this "moving meditation" have been thoroughly researched and validated throughout the world. The measurable benefits include, but are not limited to:

Instructor: Master Melvin Conley has trained under Grandmaster Yu in Advanced Internal Arts & Healing Arts. He has over 30 years of experience, and has successfully competed in Tai Chi demonstrations, winning recognition for his Xing Yi form and Tai Chi “Pushing Hands”.
