Explore both the leading causes of back pain, and how to attain developed, defined abdominal muscles, or a “six pack”, with less time, and more smarts! From this picture, you can see the relationship your abdominal muscles have to your back muscles.
At this 4 part seminar, we will discuss safe abdominal techniques in order to promote good posture, and strengthen your all-important core muscles.
Chad will also be discussing the role food plays in optimal health, how to reduce digestive stress while improving nutrient and vitamin absorption, how your sleeping habits affect body weight, the role stress plays in body fat storage, and how much cardio you really need to reach your goals.
At the end of each session, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and clarify all the new information covered in your class.
This monthly 4 part series will be held on the 2nd Sunday of the month, beginning in October with a two-hour session. November and December will be a brief one-hour session, followed by another two-hour class in January. This class requires at least 5 participants.
