This class is a great way to get ready for Yogalates at 12pm! Combining a fierce FitWall workout with Pilates basics, FitLates is an incredible workout for everyone! The moment you step on the first level on the FitWall, your body automatically switches on your fight-or-flight response and awakens over 600 muscles at once. Putting your body in this safe predicament makes it rise to the challenge by using nearly every muscle in concert. Also, when working on the vertical plane, your joints decompress and you can begin to rebuild connections in the body that may have been damaged throughout the course of your life. With the guidance of our special FitWall trainers, you will do various movements and exercises on the wall; designed to expand, contract, flush and fortify nearly every muscle in your body. As a result, people of all ages and fitness levels are able to work out all of their muscles in half the time with twice the benefits.
With over 800 vertical exercises, the FitWall can be applied to a variety of class styles: Boot Camp, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Rock-Climbing Training, Strength Training, Circuit Training, and Functional Training; just to name a few.
