Yoga teaches children body awareness, self-confidence, focus, concentration, and how to use their bodies to positively affect their daily lives. The awareness that deep breathing can calm anxiety or anger is a powerful tool in raising peaceful children. A morning stretch or meditation routine can greatly impact your child’s ability to focus at school and retain the information that is being taught. Most importantly, yoga teaches children to connect with their bodies and build self-confidence in their abilities physically as well as emotionally and spiritually. Lil’ Yogis are fit...Lil’ Yogis have fun…Lil’ Yogis are fantastic!  Parents may join their children, but it is not required.

Members: $5/Class or $18/Month Community: $7/Class or $25/Month Save a dollar for each sibling! For 4 or more children, we have a special family rate.
